Brand Guidelines

These brand guidelines are intended for use by certified Human Creators who work as Creative Professionals in the Marketing, Branding, Design, Illustration or other creative industries. These guidelines are intended for use by professionals who are certified as Human Creators, and have validated themselves as creating agency, brand, marketing or company assets that require use of the proprietary Humanright(H) Logo Solo  certification mark to identify the work as the product of certified Human Creators.

    Note that our Terms of Use prohibit use of our proprietary logomark or any of the associated elements in any manner that does not conform with our Terms of Use and each of the branding rules of the road listed in the marketing guidelines below.

        License to Use the Mark

        All rights to our registered trademark are reserved by the Human Intelligence™ Institute. However, by becoming certified as a genuine Human Creator through our proprietary process, you receive a license to display and use this registered trademark. 

        Your license allows you to use the trademark to identify yourself or other certified Human Creators as a certified and trusted Human Creator. However, you are not given a license to use our proprietary (H) Logo Solo on any goods or products not directly attributed to or associated with a certified Human Creator. Identification of a specific Human Creator is the only legitimate and approved use of the registered trademark. Contact our team if you have questions about use of the mark. 

          Use the Professional Asset Kit

          The Humanright(H) Logo Solo  mark should always be clear and visible. In order to build a sustainable visual identity and market presence for Certified Human Creators, it is vital to use the mark consistently and correctly. Inconsistencies in the appearance of the mark weakens its value for all Human Creators. 

            Avoid placing it over busy or confusing backgrounds that could mute its message. In order to maximize awareness, the mark should be used in high-contrast environments. However, the (H) Logo Solo  mark may be used in any color you choose that fits your creative context. Details on additional approved logomark treatments are provided below.             Correct Use of the Mark

            The circle around the (H) Logo Solo  must always be displayed with the registered trademark ® symbol. The circle with the H can be displayed with a rounded line of the same weight underneath. If the line is present, the tagline “Human Creator” must also appear underneath, but other words cannot be added below or above the line. 

            Mark + QR Identifiers

            Each Human Creator is issued a unique numeric identifier when certified through our patent-pending process. This identifier is searchable online. This unique identifier provides access to data about the Human Creator, and provides a link to verified works (if available). 

            Your QR code points to your unique identifier and can be used by you in combination with the (H) Logo Solo mark and words “Human Creator.” You may also use the QR identifier in isolation. The exact format of the QR identifier is also a trademark of the Human Intelligence™ Institute. 

            Logo Lockups

            In addition to displaying the Humanright(H) Logo Solo mark on its own or with the label Human Creator, you have the option to use more expansive lockup versions with taglines attached. You can use these to provide more information to fellow creators and business partners about what Human Creator Certification means to you, or to support branding related to your story as a Human Creator.

            The logo lockups each include the QR identifier that points to the actual numeric Certificate Identifier for each certified Human Creator.

            Font Guidelines

            If you are a certified Human Creator who is doing design or layout work, and you need to replicate the exact parameters of the (H) Logo Solo mark for use in a design layout, the mark and logotype, as well as the tagline and logo lockups, can be reproduced using the approved brand fonts that are components of the Human Intelligence identity. One of the key assets you can use is the (H) Logo Solo Humanright™ Font, which is a single character TrueType Font, designed by modern font expert Thomas Phinney. (H) Logo Solo

              The mark itself is composed of an exact circle around an uppercase serif letter H created with Courier New, designed by Adrian Frutiger and Howard Kettler. The circle ( O ) must be the same weight as the crossbar of the H.
