Humans create.
Machines imitate.
Human Intelligence® empowers Genuine
Human Filmmakers
Mission
Human Intelligence® ensures human creative work remain under the control of human actors, filmmakers, directors and producers. We defend the bright line between authentic human filmmaking and the machine models that ingest and co-opt real human footage.
To do this, we provide a foundational trifecta of authentication tools and services that prove human origin and protect IP: we verify an actor’s likeness and face as genuinely human, we certify your footage and effects as human-made, and we safeguard the rights of actors, directors, VFX creators, animators and film and television studios.
Because humans create.
Machines merely imitate.
Human Intelligence® protects, preserves and proclaims the value of human creative work.

The Problem
The Solution
We deliver an essential technical authentication layer that enables human actors and filmmakers to certifiably prove the provenance of your footage – so you can fight back against AI overreach.
We maintain an arsenal of registered trademarks and legal safeguards to assist actors and filmmakers in retaining the rights to your image, your footage and your films.
How to Get Our Mark of Approval
When you are verified as a Human Actor or Filmmaker, you receive a license to use our mark on your production and your finished film (Start here.)
Use of the registered Humanright™
trademark assures your audience that your actors are human and your footage is human-made. The mark also notifies tech companies that your likeness, your scenes and your finished film footage cannot be used in their model without permission or royalty.
About the
Mark
The unique Humanright™
mark is a registered trademark that demonstrates to the world that you are a Human Musician and that your writing and your published tunes are Human Created.
We care about language. The registered mark transmits the same meaning in nearly 30 languages around the world: the mark can be used in a variety of ways to identify yourself and your music as genuinely human.
Tools: Our Technological Edge
Chain of Creation™
Human Intelligence® tools focus on provenance: rather than “detecting” AI in published filmic work after creation, we follow certain tell-tale signs unique to human creativity. Our patent-pending systems don’t ingest your actual footage at all – instead we examine the plume of activity that your footage carries with it, which helps us to reliably identify the chain of creation.™
Reliable Authentication
We deliver a proven layer of trust that reliably authenticates human footage. Our proprietary method begins by locking down a creator’s biometrically-secured identity, verifying each creator or director as a natural person. Our system then analyzes footage for specific markers that result from human processes. When we find these key attributes, we register the footage as certified Human Intelligence® – i.e., footage that we authenticate as having been actually human created.

FIGHTING BACK AGAINST AI
GUERILLMO DEL TORO
DIRECTOR & FILMMAKER
Guerillmo del Toro is clear about his stance on generative AI — the filmmaker has said very publicly that he’d “rather die than use AI.”
“A.I. has demonstrated that it can do semi-compelling screensavers. That’s essentially that. The value of art is not how much it costs and how little effort it requires, it’s how much would you risk to be in its presence? How much would people pay for those screensavers? Are they gonna make them cry because they lost a son? A mother? Because they misspent their youth? F**k no.”
