Humans report.

Human Intelligence® empowers Genuine
Human Journalism
Mission
Human Intelligence® ensures that the news is reported by genuine humans. We defend the bright line between authentic human journalism and the machine models that ingest, extrude (and often distort) actual human reporting into meaningless aggregate data.
To protect real journalism, we provide a foundational trifecta of authentication tools and services that prove human origin and protect your reporting: we verify humanity, certify your words as human-made, and safeguard the rights of journalists and publications.
Humans report.
Machines distort.
Human Intelligence® protects, preserves and proclaims the value of human writing and reporting.
Breaking Story
The Problem
The Solution
We deliver an essential technical authentication layer that enables human reporters, editors and publishers to certifiably prove the provenance of your work – so you can fight back against AI overreach.
We maintain an arsenal of registered trademarks and legal safeguards to assist journalists like you in retaining the rights to your published work and push back against plagarism, misuse, and misattribution.
How to Get Our Mark of Approval
When you are verified as a Human Journalist, you receive a license to use our mark (Start here.)
Use of the registered Humanright™
trademark assures your audience that your work is human-made. The mark also notifies companies that your published work cannot be used without permission.
About the
Mark
The unique Humanright™
mark is a registered trademark that demonstrates to the world that you are a Human Journalist and that your reporting is genuinely Human Created.
We care about language. The registered mark transmits the same meaning in nearly 30 languages around the world: the mark can be used in a variety of ways to identify yourself and your work as genuinely human.
Tools: Our Technological Edge
Chain of Creation™
Human Intelligence® tools focus on provenance: rather than “detecting” AI in work after publication, we follow certain tell-tale signs unique to human writing and photography. Our patent-pending systems don’t ingest your actual work at all – instead we examine the plume of activity each draft carries with it, which helps us to reliably identify the chain of creation.™
Reliable Authentication
We deliver a proven layer of trust that reliably authenticates human work. Our proprietary method begins by locking down a biometrically-secured identity, verifying each participant in the content workflow as a natural person. Our system then analyzes work for specific markers that result from human processes. When we find these key attributes, we register the work as certified Human Intelligence® – i.e., work that we can authenticate as having been created by a human being.
